Grievance & Support

If something goes wrong, here is exactly who to approach and in what order.

Last updated 24 September 2026

We would always rather hear about a problem than have you sit with it. Start with us — most things are resolved in a phone call. If we cannot put it right, the escalation routes below are yours by right, and using them costs nothing.

Step 1 — Come to us first

Tammineni Hemanth Kumar — 8317660314 or 8185017286, hema.tammi@gmail.com. We aim to acknowledge every complaint within 3 working days and to resolve it within 30 days. You are welcome to raise it in Telugu.

Step 2 — Mutual fund complaints

  1. The Asset Management Company

Every AMC has an investor relations officer, listed on its website and in the scheme documents. Complaints about a transaction, a statement or a redemption should go there first.

  2. AMFI

The Association of Mutual Funds in India handles complaints about the conduct of a registered distributor, including us.

    amfiindia.com
  3. SEBI SCORES

SEBI's official complaint portal. If the AMC has not resolved your complaint, you can lodge it here and track it.

    scores.sebi.gov.in
  4. SEBI SMART ODR

If you are still not satisfied after SCORES, the Online Dispute Resolution portal provides conciliation and arbitration.

Step 3 — Insurance complaints

  1. The insurer's grievance cell

Every insurer must have one, and must respond within 15 days. Its contact details are in your policy document.

  2. IRDAI Bima Bharosa

IRDAI's grievance portal, if the insurer does not resolve your complaint or does not reply within 15 days.

    bimabharosa.irdai.gov.in
  3. Insurance Ombudsman

A free, independent forum for policyholder disputes within its monetary limits. There is an Ombudsman office covering Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

Privacy and data complaints

For anything about your personal data, contact Tammineni Hemanth Kumar at hema.tammi@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied with the response, the Data Protection Board of India is the escalation route under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Regulator portals and escalation routes change from time to time. The links above were checked on 24 September 2026; if one does not work, search for the regulator by name rather than relying on an old link.

Still unclear about something here? Ask — plainly, in English or Telugu.
