Information the website collects

None. There are no accounts, no sign-up, no newsletter, no contact form that submits to a server, and no advertising or analytics trackers.

Every figure you enter into the SIP, Retirement, Insurance, Goal or Money Health Score tools is processed in your browser and disappears when you close the page. It is never transmitted to us or to anyone else.

The website is served through Cloudflare, which processes limited technical information such as your IP address and browser type for security and delivery. That is standard infrastructure logging and is governed by Cloudflare's own privacy terms.

When you choose to contact us

Buttons on this site open WhatsApp, your phone dialler or your email app with a message already written. Nothing is sent until you press send. If you do get in touch, we receive whatever you choose to share, and we use it only to answer you and to provide the services you ask about.

Messages sent over WhatsApp travel through WhatsApp's own service and are subject to its terms.

How that information is used

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss your requirements.
• To carry out the mutual fund or insurance transactions you instruct, where you become a client.
• To meet obligations under applicable law, including KYC and record-keeping requirements.

Your information is never sold, rented, or shared for anyone else's marketing.

Only where it is necessary to do what you have asked: with the relevant Asset Management Company, insurer, Registrar and Transfer Agent, or KYC Registration Agency, and with regulators or authorities where the law requires it.

How long it is kept

Enquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to deal with your query. Client records are retained for the period required by applicable law and regulation, and deleted after that.

This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set a cookie strictly for security purposes.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask for access to the personal data held about you, ask for it to be corrected or completed, ask for it to be erased, withdraw a consent you previously gave, and nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf. This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 except in the course of an investment made by a parent or guardian on a minor's behalf.
